Cancellation & Refund Policy

MeetMighty IT Solutions believes in providing fair and transparent policies to its customers.
Cancellation requests will be considered only if:
The request is made within 1–2 days of placing the order, and
The service or process has not already been initiated
Once a service, report generation, or subscription activation has started, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
ReviewPilot provides digital and subscription-based services.
Once access is granted or a subscription is activated, cancellations and refunds are not applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.
If a refund is approved by MeetMighty IT Solutions, the amount will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
Refund approval is subject to internal review and validation.
All subscription payments are processed and managed by Innoquad Technologies LLP through authorized payment gateways.
MeetMighty IT Solutions does not directly store or process card or banking information.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Banks
Payment gateways
Network issues
Authorization failures
This Cancellation & Refund Policy is created at the sole discretion of MeetMighty IT Solutions.
Payment gateway providers (including Razorpay) and Innoquad Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any claims arising due to non-adherence to this policy, except for payment processing responsibilities as applicable.
